Personal data protection and use of information

In accordance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and any regulations that amend or complement them, I, as the data subject, hereby expressly authorize Feel Medellín S.A.S. to collect, store, use, circulate, update, transmit, and/or transfer my personal data, both nationally and internationally, for the following purposes:

1. Administrative and commercial management: Identity and personal data verification, request management, transaction processing, customer and user support, and compliance with contractual obligations.
2. Accounting and financial management: Invoicing, collections, payments, and other economic obligations arising from the commercial relationship.
3. Research and development: Statistical analysis, market studies, customer segmentation, and service improvement.
4. Marketing and advertising: Sending information about products, promotions, and services through physical, electronic, and digital means (email, SMS, phone calls, instant messaging apps, among others).
5. Regulatory compliance: Addressing requests from competent authorities and complying with applicable legal provisions.

I declare that I have been informed about the voluntary nature of providing sensitive data, which includes, among others, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, health information, sexual life or orientation, as well as biometric data. In the event of providing such data, I expressly authorize its processing for the purposes established herein. Likewise, if providing data of minors, I declare that I am their legal representative and grant authorization for the processing of this data, in compliance with their best interests and ensuring the respect for their fundamental rights.

I authorize the national and international transmission and transfer of my personal data to:

1. Service providers for data storage, custody, and security.
2. Allied entities and business partners for advertising, marketing, and commercial prospecting purposes.
3. Entities with which Feel Medellín S.A.S. has agreements for the provision of complementary services.

As the data subject, I have been informed about the rights I have, including but not limited to the following:

6. To request the deletion of my data when I believe it is not being processed in accordance with current regulations.
7. To revoke the authorization granted for the processing of my data.
8. To file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in case of non-compliance with data protection regulations.

Personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or until a request for its deletion is made, unless a legal or contractual obligation mandates its retention.
