• Medellin Insight offers an immersive experience that typically begins between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00p.m., with a return expected between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please note that if the tour concludes later, you may encounter city traffic, which could delay your arrival at the hotel. The journey back takes approximately 30 minutes.
  
• To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, avoiding sandals or high heels. Additionally, refrain from wearing jewelry or carrying valuables.
  
• Meals are included in the experience. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.
  
• During the visit, we recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent, as well as a cap or hat, sunglasses, a light sweater, and an umbrella. The tour will continue rain or shine, so be prepared for changing weather conditions with suitable protection.
  
• For your safety, please keep your belongings secure and follow your guide’s instructions at all times. At the end of the tour, double-check that you have all your items with you. In Medellín’s downtown, which has its own social dynamics, it is advisable not to give alms to individuals in need.
  
• If you need any special accommodations, such as disability assistance or a baby seat, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please also be aware that the tour involves approximately two hours of walking.
  
• Please note that metro service may be unreliable on the day of the tour, so it’s important to be prepared for potential changes.
