Life is more enjoyable after a relaxing spa session. This is your ideal place to take care of yourself. A unique space in the city of Medellín with fascinating facilities for your wellbeing.

Recomendations

• The Spa Experience can begin between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., with an estimated return time between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please note that the later you start, the later you will return to the hotel, and this may be affected by city traffic, as the trip takes approximately 1 hour.
  
• We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and shoes. Please avoid sandals or high heels for your comfort.
  
• Pack sunscreen, a light sweater, swimwear, a towel, and sandals. Also, bring a bag for your wet clothes after the activity. The spa will proceed as planned in rain, so be prepared for any weather changes with appropriate gear.
  
• If you plan to get a wax, please schedule it at least 2 days in advance to avoid skin reactions with water, especially with hot and salty water. For massages, the group must consist of at least 6 people; if the group exceeds this number, it will be divided. Note that individuals under 16 years old are not permitted.
  
• Keep your belongings secure and follow the guide’s instructions throughout the experience. Before leaving, ensure you have all your personal items with you.
  
• If you have any reservations or activities planned after the spa experience, please inform us so we can manage your itinerary effectively. For special arrangements, such as accommodations for disabilities or a baby chair, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary preparations.

• The Price does not include the 19% Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT only applies to Colombian residents. Foreigners will have to submit the migration documents to be exempt (picture of passport main page), and picture of the migration stamp when entering Colombia
