• Medellin from the Clouds is an experience that begins at 4:00 p.m., with an estimated return time around 8:00 p.m. Please be aware that the later the experience ends, the later you will arrive at the hotel. The return trip, taking approximately 1 hour, may be affected by traffic.
  
• To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes—avoid sandals and heels. Bring a coat to stay warm, as temperatures can drop.
  
• Food is included, but please inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate your needs.
  
• The activity is reliably available from Monday to Thursday. If you wish to schedule it on another day, please check availability in advance.
  
• During the visit, we suggest bringing sunscreen and a coat. The tour will proceed regardless of rain, so be prepared for any weather changes with appropriate gear.
