Recomendations

•  The Secret of Coffee offers a captivating experience, beginning any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with a return expected between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please note that departing later from the farm will extend your arrival time at the hotel, potentially aligning with traffic, as the journey takes about 45 minutes. Additionally, upon reaching the farm, you´ll need to switch to a public transport vehicle due to the challenging access to the main entrance. This arrangement is designed to ensure your safety and comfort throughout your visit.
• For an optimal experience, we recommend dressing comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes- avoid sandals or high heels. Opt for light-colored, long pants to enhance your comfort during the tour.
• Meals are included in your experience, so please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Depending on your start time, you will be served either breakfast, a traditional lunch, or a snack -only one option is provided.
• During you visit, we recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent. Additionally, a cap or hat, sun, sunglasses, a light sweater, and an umbrela are advisable. The tour will proceed rain or shine, so please be prepared for any weather changes with appropriate protection.
• For safety, please make sure to keep your belongings secure and follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Before you leave the tour, double-check that your have all your items with you. – – — Lastly, please let us know if you have any reservations or scheduled activities after the experience. This will help us better manage the itinerary and accommodate to your needs. If you require any special arrangements, such as assistance for disability or a baby seat, inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
