Recomendations

A visit to Guatape begins at 8:00 a.m., with an expected return between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Be mindful that the later the tour finishes, the later you’ll get back to the hotel, as the journey takes about 2 hours and may be affected by city traffic. On weekends, Guatape attracts a large number of visitors, so we recommend starting your tour early, especially during peak seasons.

To enjoy the experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, avoiding sandals or heels.

Food is included in the experience, so please inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate them accordingly.

During the visit, we recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent, as well as a cap or hat, sunglasses, a light sweater, and an umbrella. The tour will continue rain or shine, so be prepared for changing weather conditions with suitable protection.

Regarding safety, it is essential to keep your belongings secure and follow the guide’s instructions at all times. At the end of the tour, make sure you have all your belongings with you.
